Everyone encounters varying emotions from time to time, and that's perfectly okay. I firmly believe that true empowerment involves delving into the underlying reasons behind our feelings and emotions. These roots run deep, affecting not just our minds but also our bodies and souls. While we once thought that changing our thoughts alone could solve everything, we now understand that achieving physical calmness and the ability to stay present are essential ingredients. They allow clarity of thought to emerge, enabling us to transform our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs effectively.

It focuses on creating a safe environment to explore and process emotions, develop coping strategies, and ultimately achieve healing and restored well-being.

    Therapy incentives are when you want to feel better, faster. Therapy intensive sessions allow more time for processing during sessions.

  2. We will meet to discuss what’s bringing you to therapy at this time and what you would like to accomplish as a result of working together.

  3. I will also tell you a bit about me and my clinical expertise.

  4. If we mutually decide that we’re a good fit to work together, clinically, I will send you the necessary documentation to complete via my electronic health record system, Simple Practice. From there, we will schedule a time to meet via Telehealth for our initial assessment.
